How to Create a Social Media Post in the Dashboard

1. Navigate to the Schedule & Post Page:

    • Go to the Social Media tab and select the Schedule & Post page.

2. Add Text and Media:

    • On the left side of the page, select the networks you want to post to. Networks not connected will appear in gray; connect them by clicking the button for that network.
    • Add your post’s text and media on the right side of the page. Many networks allow multiple images or videos.

3. Select Networks:

    • Networks ready for posting will have a green checkmark. If your post doesn’t meet a network’s criteria, an orange icon will appear with guidance on required changes.

4. Post or Schedule:

    • Save your post as a draft, publish it immediately, or schedule it for future publication by selecting the date and time.

Posting to Instagram Reels

To post a video as an Instagram Reel:

1. Select Instagram as the network and click the Instagram Reels toggle.

2. Upload your video and optionally add a cover image.

Media Requirements per Social Network

Instagram: Up to 10 images (8 MB max) or videos (100 MB max, 3-60 sec).

Facebook: Up to 10 images (4 MB max) or 1 video (1024 MB max, 20 min).
